They fixed our old '05 Civic which needed many repairs. It took a week to find refurbished parts and get everything done. What bugs me is the driver's door lock was not properly attached and needed repair again days later. The new key that we were given is still finicky. It goes in one way to open the door and another way to close it.

The sales people didn't push any extras which was nice. They did offer but I declined. We got out of there in under two hours and that included the vehicle tech setup with our salesman. What bugs me is the driver's door lock was not properly attached and needed repair again days later. The new key that we were given is still finicky. What bugs me is the driver's door lock was not properly attached and needed repair again days later. The new key that we were given is still finicky. What bugs me is the driver's door lock was not properly attached and needed repair again days later. The new key that we were given is still finicky. The waiting room is very comfortable with ac outlets to charge your phone and vending machines for snacks and coffee. I wish there was a vending machine for sandwiches and salads.

Been taking my civic to Norm Reeves in HB for years, not only do they do a good job but they also are very attentive and take care of their customers!
