Fine. Appreciate that I was able to do a walk in appointment and that my car was scheduled to be done the same time. But I told the rep that I would pick it up on Monday as I was heading out of town. However when I went to pick it up first thing Monday morning it turns out that the car was not ready despite what I had been assured and it was unclear what the hold up was. Car ended up not being ready for another 1.5 hr.
