I am very familiar with leasing process across various domestic, German and Japanese brands, and followed my usual process of checking online forums for the best deals out there and emailing a few local dealers with exactly what I am looking for. Robert was the first to respond promptly and asked me specific questions as to the model. He saw my expected numbers were aggressive and in an effort to make the deal work ran through their inventory online with me while on the phone to select an on-the-lot atlas that would fit very well. Mind you he has already done all this while the other 5 dealers I emailed haven't all responded, the one I leased my existing VW from had the sales person leave (email bounced back) and a couple others returning to me right after I had already selected a vehicle at Norm Reeves and had started filling out the credit app online. Robert told me he has been with the same dealership for 12 years?? That is like a lifetime in this business! In my experience whenever I have gone for a lease return and potential roll into a new car at the same dealership, its usually a new face each time. Nonetheless, he was very effective and helpful, and despite hitting a minor snag in the process, everything worked out well to my satisfaction. I recently leased a 2026 VW Atlas from Norm Reeves. It was an A+ experience largely thanks to Robert Yang who was my sales point of contact here. I am very familiar with leasing process across various domestic, German and Japanese brands, and followed my usual process of checking online forums for the best deals out there and emailing a few local dealers with exactly what I am looking for. Robert was the first to respond promptly and asked me specific questions as to the model. He saw my expected numbers were aggressive and in an effort to make the deal work ran through their inventory online with me while on the phone to select an on-the-lot atlas that would fit very well. Mind you he has already done all this while the other 5 dealers I emailed haven't all responded, the one I leased my existing VW from had the sales person leave (email bounced back) and a couple others returning to me right after I had already selected a vehicle at Norm Reeves and had started filling out the credit app online. Robert told me he has been with the same dealership for 12 years?? That is like a lifetime in this business! In my experience whenever I have gone for a lease return and potential roll into a new car at the same dealership, its usually a new face each time. Nonetheless, he was very effective and helpful, and despite hitting a minor snag in the process, everything worked out well to my satisfaction. I am going to recommend him to another of my co-workers who is looking for a similar lease/vehicle. If you are seeking a VW in the OC/LA area, you would be doing yourself a huge disservice if you didn't at-least give Robert @ Norm Reeves a look. I am sure glad I did.

Always a great experience when I bring in my Honda Civic. I worked with John (who I have worked with before) and explained to me about a possibility of the parts that maybe needed were covered under a warranty. Even though it ended up the part was in back order, he assured me that I was on the priority list and once it was available, I would be receiving a call. I walked away again as a happy customer.
