Let me tell you. I have been leasing cars since I was 18-19 years old and in those 30 years, I’ve had many experiences with different dealerships and different levels of cars so for the first time ever I went on the hunt for the past eight weeks to get a vehicle for my daughter. I called multiple dealerships. I had a price point I wanted, but more than anything. I wanted my precious amazing daughter to be in a safe car that would protect her if God forbid anything happened in the course of doing that I spoke to too many salesman and about four or five days ago I came across a gentleman named Allen Nouri from internet sales he was a pleasure to deal with and was direct absolutely polite and understood why it was so important for me to put my baby girl in a safe car while maintaining a price point that I financially could be comfortable with. My impression of salesman is usually I feel like they don’t care and they don’t really listen to what you want at Norm Reeves Honda. You get a team that actually cares about you whether we’re talking about Allen an absolute professional, diligent and responsive, or Jose Sanchez who so caring patient and has a heart of gold, or the finance manager Adrian who is honest, straight forward, cares that you understand and feel comfortable with the financing process, every single one of them demonstrated the optimum level of professionalism, competence and care for my daughter and my family, and that is rare so if you’re out shopping for a car for yourself or for your child or for your family member please consider going to Norm Reeves Honda. They truly are top notch, the irony is the first car I ever leased over 30 years ago was at Norm Reeves Honda, and last night that came full circle when I leased the first car for my baby Girl a very tough and emotional moment. I went in to get a Hyundai Palisade, and Darin was absolutely great to work with. He was super friendly and helped us from start to finish. He showed us the car, gave us a really good deal, and even after we bought it, he took the time to go over all the features and give us some helpful tips. If you're looking for a new car, definitely ask for Darin

Without my knowledge or authorization, the dealership installed a new AC condenser and performed additional AC-related work. I was never informed that this work had been completed. I did not become aware of the AC repair at the time of pickup because the only charges listed were for the transmission and engine oil change. While organizing my service records later, I noticed a brief line on my receipt stating, ‘Perform AC campaign—condenser.’ I returned to the dealership and requested a full service printout, which revealed the full extent of the AC work performed. This work does not appear to have been performed as a goodwill service, but rather because the AC condenser was covered under a manufacturer’s extended warranty. I still need to verify whether the work was actually completed, as my AC system was functioning properly before and after the visit. Hardin Honda has offered to inspect the AC system at no charge to confirm whether the unnecessary parts were in fact installed.

Service department wasn't very meticulous about the quality of the wash. Not a deal breaker but definitely worth mentioning.

The dealership building was very nice and clean, and the Sales Manager, Mark, came over a few times to make sure all our needs were met. We felt their prices were very good and were happy to get a new car!
