I received a call from the General Manager of Honda Huntington Beach after we leased an HR‑V. I had given a 1‑star review because we felt the sales manager led us to believe that maintenance service on our leased car was covered by Honda. I later learned that the maintenance cost was actually taken out of our down payment. After I explained this to the General Manager, he told me he would refund the maintenance cost. I never received the check. For this reason, I am rating this dealer 1 star (and would give it a negative rating if possible).

Fair pricing and great professionalism at Irvine HondaThis was my first time servicing my car at the Irvine Honda location, and I am highly impressed. They are very professional and efficient. For a standard oil change and tire rotation, they charged me $75. I am shocked because Honda San Juan Capistrano always charged me $140 for this exact same service. I heavily regret going to San Juan all this time. I will absolutely be coming back to the Irvine location from now on for their honest pricing.

I received many estimate for the maintenance costs before any work proceeded with the 60,000 mile major service. Fair pricing and great professionalism at Irvine HondaThis was my first time servicing my car at the Irvine Honda location, and I am highly impressed. They are very professional and efficient. For a standard oil change and tire rotation, they charged me $75. I am shocked because Honda San Juan Capistrano always charged me $140 for this exact same service. I heavily regret going to San Juan all this time. I will absolutely be coming back to the Irvine location from now on for their honest pricing.

I received a call from the General Manager of Honda Huntington Beach after we leased an HR‑V. I had given a 1‑star review because we felt the sales manager led us to believe that maintenance service on our leased car was covered by Honda. I later learned that the maintenance cost was actually taken out of our down payment. After I explained this to the General Manager, he told me he would refund the maintenance cost. I never received the check. For this reason, I am rating this dealer 1 star (and would give it a negative rating if possible).
