⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience with John Beck and the team at Norm Reeves Honda. While driving to California, the check engine light came on in our Honda Pilot. Since we had a long drive back home ahead of us, we really didn't want to make the trip without getting it checked out and repaired first. We called Norm Reeves Honda, and John Beck went above and beyond to help us. He was able to get our Pilot in the same day, and the dealership even provided us with a rental car while it was being worked on. They got everything taken care of in time for our drive home, and the Pilot drove like new! The entire experience was easy and stress-free, especially considering we were away from home and dealing with an unexpected repair. We can't thank John enough for taking such great care of us. We only wish we lived closer so we could continue bringing our Pilot to Norm Reeves Honda. Highly recommend John and the entire team!
