Without my knowledge or authorization, the dealership installed a new AC condenser and performed additional AC-related work. I was never informed that this work had been completed. Service department wasn't very meticulous about the quality of the wash. Not a deal breaker but definitely worth mentioning.

My husband and I went to look at a Honda Hybrid Accord. Fabrice helped us. He explained the features of the car and we took a test drive. The dealership building was very nice and clean, and the Sales Manager, Mark, came over a few times to make sure all our needs were met. We felt their prices were very good and were happy to get a new car!

I went in to get a Hyundai Palisade, and Darin was absolutely great to work with. He was super friendly and helped us from start to finish. He showed us the car, gave us a really good deal, and even after we bought it, he took the time to go over all the features and give us some helpful tips. If you're looking for a new car, definitely ask for Darin

I brought my vehicle in on May 16, 2026, solely for a transmission service and engine oil change. Without my knowledge or authorization, the dealership installed a new AC condenser and performed additional AC-related work. I was never informed that this work had been completed. I did not become aware of the AC repair at the time of pickup because the only charges listed were for the transmission and engine oil change. While organizing my service records later, I noticed a brief line on my receipt stating, ‘Perform AC campaign—condenser.’ I returned to the dealership and requested a full service printout, ... Low pressure and friendly sales experience. Plenty of options on the lot. Chandika was upfront on my purchase options between a 25 and 26 Accord. The downside was the first wash. Service department wasn't very meticulous about the quality of the wash. Not a deal breaker but definitely worth mentioning.
