How would you rate dont remember. had an appointment at 11:00am on June 30th and was there at 10:30 am early. Work done in my car is transmission fluid flush and fuel injection cleaning and body throttle cleaning. waited and was able to pick up my can at 5:30 pm after 7 hours. Terrible!? (5=excellent 4=good 3=average 2=fair 1=poor)

Carlos in sales has also done a terrific job following with me while Laya was on her day off.
Grady from Finance has also done a wonderful job with my son Adam, his refusal to phone the 2 oil change services that were promised in the certified car disclosure and claimed that one of there services was completed , that was a very low class move and will cost him in this review and hope he will get the coaching needed

How would you rate dont remember. had an appointment at 11:00am on June 30th and was there at 10:30 am early. Work done in my car is transmission fluid flush and fuel injection cleaning and body throttle cleaning. waited and was able to pick up my can at 5:30 pm after 7 hours. Terrible!? (5=excellent 4=good 3=average 2=fair 1=poor)
I like the commitment they make towards customers and ensure they are well informed when they leave
Everyone at this dealership was extremely kind and helpful, especially Alex and Jonathan. They are very upfront regarding essential information and place customers first before sales. Alex and Jonathan are extremely personable and made my first car-buying experience a great one! This is my family’s second car we’ve purchased from this location and I would definitely come back again.

After many years of moving away from Cerritos, we found ourselves returning to Norm Reeves Honda for our most recent car purchase. It was the willingness of the manager to work within our budget, the selection of vehicles, and the courtesy of the staff that brought us back. We found the team to be fair and professional. And we found the viewing and buying experience to be hassle-free. As for the vehicle itself, it comes with all the features we needed and drives very smoothly.
Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda.
